Kentucky catholic orphanage in the 60's and the brutal abuses suffered

- Personal Injury & Automobile Accidents
As with other types of accidents, figuring out who is at fault in
a car accident is a matter of deciding who was careless or "negligent"
in legalese. We will help you determine if actual rules were violated
and merit a case. Most cases are settled out-of-court but always have
the potential of going before jury. As a NBTA civil trail (cases before
jury) certified attorney William F. McMurry is one of the best qualified
personal injury & automobile accident lawyers in Kentucky
to represent you should your case go before jury.
What is legal malpractice? A lawyer commits malpractice when he or she
fails to provide quality legal services to a client. If the lawyer,
through an error or omission, fails to provide services that meet the
minimum standard of care of a licensed attorney, then the lawyer has
committed malpractice. Just because you received a "bad" result from
your former lawyer does not necessarily mean that the lawyer has committed
malpractice. Being ABPLA Board Certified in legal malpractice and handling
many legal malpractice suits throughout his career, William F. McMurry
is one of the best qualified
legal malpractice lawyers in Kentucky.
